Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's children was born in Woodland Hills in the year 1956. Her father worked as an educator at school and her mom was an at-home mom. Michael Dennis Kevin is her older brother. She has three siblings. McCormick began dancing and singing at an early age and often performed show-like puppets in front of the kids in her community. At the age of six, McCormick old, she won the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant. Pat Domigan at Jack Wormser Agency phoned and asked her whether she'd like to go into the show business. The Brady Bunch In 1969 McCormick was selected from a field of 1,200 kids who auditioned for the chance to play the eldest of three towheaded girls on the new TV show The Brady Bunch starring Florence Henderson and Robert Reed as newlyweds with an unintended family. The show ran for five years. McCormick stated in her 2008 book Heres the Story : Surviving Marcia Brady & Finding My True Voice she almost lost her virginity during the fifth season of the show to Barry Williams, her co-star and on-screen brother. In the moment, she was 16, and he was 19. It could have been as she describes. The timing for our marriage wasn't right.
